Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details included in your message and use them to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create routine logs that may include an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. Aggregated log data helps us maintain the site and learn which resources visitors use. Cookies or related technology may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How Information Is Used
We use this limited information to run the service, diagnose faults, assess traffic, and improve content. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to Jurupa Valley, Riverside County, California, court, library, or third-party search services. Information entered on those services is controlled by their privacy terms rather than this policy. Sponsored search results are also supplied by an outside company with separate data practices.
Limited Data Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process server logs for us, while analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it. Visitor data is not otherwise shared.
Safeguarding Visitor Data
An encrypted connection serves the site, and server logs are kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes. The service has no user accounts, so it does not hold an account password or user profile for you.
Users Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted personal data so it can be removed.
California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, Civil Code section 1798.100 et seq., may give California residents rights to know, delete, or correct covered personal information, opt out of its sale or sharing, and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. Because we retain little visitor data, a request will generally involve checking contact messages and server logs. Submit a request through the Contact page. Government records held by Jurupa Valley, Riverside County, or California offices remain outside our control and are governed by the California Public Records Act, Government Code section 7920.000 et seq., and other access or confidentiality laws.
Policy Updates
Revisions will be published on this page. Using the service after a revised policy is posted indicates acceptance of the updated version.
